I want to show people who I am. My parents were like, "Does this mean you're gonna do sexy movies now?" I said, "Well, if they're done the right way, then maybe!" I mean, I'm not gonna do porn, but if it's a Leonardo DiCaprio movie or whatever...

Sorry for the serious lack of updates, as nothing was going on...until now!

Amanda is the January cover girl for Cosmopolitian Magazine, revealing a side of herself we've never seen before!



In the article, Amanda talks about how she's ready to transition from a teen star to serious adult actress, and how many in Hollywood don't think she can do it. She also says she wants to settle down with the right guy soon!

Skin-conscious Bynes bares all for People's Most Beautiful

Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner, so you're looking at a picture of the magazine shot of Amanda in People's Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful issue for 2009, but at least you get an idea of what the photo looks like!

And yes, Amanda is photographed without make-up, quite a feat for someone who had acne as a teen and is still not always completely confident when it comes to her skin!

In the magazine, she says:

"When I was younger, I had problems with my skin, so as long as my skin is clear, I feel lucky. Getting a pimple sends me back to when I was 13! You know how some girls grow up overweight, and then when they lose weight they still feel self conscious? Well I was always skinny-but I have that uncomfortable feeling about my skin."

How brave of her to put herself out there like that, in an issue that's largely about physical appearances and is full of celebrities photoshopped to the sky. Good for you Amanda!

Amanda is one of People magazine's 100 Most Beautiful for this year!

Christina Applegate is on the cover. Others making the list out of young Hollywood include Twilight's Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, Taylor Swift, Emma Watson, Claire Danes, Ciara, and Julianne Hough.

I'm not sure what the picture looks like, but E! Online says Amanda will be "baring a little more than others."

Number 46 never looked so good!

I added tons more images to yesterday's 2008 Maxim Hot 100 Party! If you look closely, Amanda's wearing a necklace that says 'Love'.

E! News featured a short blurb with Amanda, asking what her number was. She replied, "I'm number 46. I'm going to get a tatoo of that on my lower back, a tramp stamp."

Amanda came in at #46 on Maxim magazine's Hot 100 list for 2008. Not too bad! They used a picture from the Penelope premiere and included this quote:

“I like to dance,” says the former Nickelodeon sensation turned clean-living Hairspray star. “But drinking isn’t good for you in every way. It’s not good for your skin; it makes you feel horrible.”
