Wow, while I was looking for news on why Amanda dropped out of Hall Pass, I found this!



Amanda Bynes News is a starred result when you Google search Amanda! I don't know what that means exactly or how it happens, but it's really cool and I'm excited! Thanks Google, and everyone that visits!

And, back to Amanda:

Rope of Silicon and Slashfilm, noted film/Hollywood industry blogs, picked up the news of Amanda dropping out of Hall Pass, and you can read about it here and here.

The articles give no news on why Amanda left the project, just scheduling conflicts as we heard before, but who knows what those scheduling conflicts are, as Amanda has recently tweeted that she's been bored!

So maybe I won't be leaving yet!

From Hairspray to Heathers?

Rumors are circulating that the script Amanda is developing with She's the Man director Andy Fickman is a musical remake of the 1988 cult movie, Heathers.

Kristen Bell is in talks for the lead and Denise DiNovi is executive producing the show (She also produced Amanda's What a Girl Wants) which is eventually planned to hit Broadway as early as next year.

Huge ratings for "Lovewrecked"

This is older news, but still worth knowing. When Lovewrecked first premiered on Janruary 21, 2007 on ABC Family it recieved a 2.5 rating, making it the third most watched cable program of the night.



As you probably know, Lovewrecked is now availible on DVD featuring over three minutes of deleted scenes and the trailer.

"Hairspray" spritizing to be a hit!

Baltimore Sun.com has a write up and they think Hairspray will be one of the best movies of the summer:
