Amanda's work out routine

Fitness Magazine asked Amanda what she does to exercise in their December 2007 issue.

I don't work out that often but when I do, I do the treadmill for 40 minutes and that's about it. I'm heavier than I've ever been right now but I'm blossoming into womanhood. I would never have the dedication like Jessica Alba; I wish I did -- my body does not look like hers. I would like to have more muscle and be cut. But I think your body will be what it's going to be. If I had to be in a bikini all the time I'd be doing the ab exercises. I'm not so obsessed with it.

I love that Amanda isn't obsessed with her looks like other celebrities. I don't think anyone could say she doesn't look good the way she is.

Fan wins Dear Shopping Spree

February's issue of Cosmo Girl features a fan going on a shopping spree with Amanda in New York city.

Krista Keeney, a 21-year-old from South Point, recently had a nice weekend filled with a road trip, shopping and a chance to hang out with new friends.

For most, just that would be enough. But for Keeney, the road trip was a whirlwind trip to New York City, the shopping was a spree at Manhattan's Steve & Barry's and the new friend was "Hairspray" and "Sydney White" actress Amanda Bynes.

"I had food in my mouth when I found out, and I almost choked I was so surprised," said Keeney, the daughter of Terry Keeney and Colleen Keeney. "I never thought I would actually win something like this."

For two days, she explored New York City, went on a shopping spree with Bynes and even garnered a photo shoot for the February issue of CosmoGIRL!.

Amanda was spotted outside of ArcLight Theater in Sherman Oaks leaving a screening of No Country For Old Men on February 3rd.



Her rumored boyfriend Josh was also there but they weren't walking together. He was a dancer in Hairspray and it looks like they may have been dating for over a year now.

What keeps Amanda busy during the strike?

What keeps Amanda busy as Hollywood has come to a stop during the writers' strike? Premieres, parties, award shows, shopping? Nope. The answer will surprise you.

“I’ve got a new puppy, so I’ve just been picking up all the poo and taking [it] out to the trash and flushing and cleaning,” Bynes told Pop Tarts. “That’s definitely not glamorous, but I do it because I love him. I’ll do anything for him.”
